Stopped for Speeding on the Taconic, Charged with DWI
The 25-year-old is due in Mount Pleasant town court.

New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Mohammed Nasim of the Bronx for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped Nasim Sunday on the Taconic State Parkway for speeding. Police concluded that he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
The 25-year-old provided a breath sample that yielding a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.21 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on January 7.
