Teach & Talk: An Educational Program for Parents

If your child is struggling in school, but you don't know how to help, this program is for you. This free series can help you help them.

Parents want to help their children learn, but do not know how. With the introduction of the Common Core, many parents and caregivers are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and helpless. Parents struggle to help their children with homework, and have more questions than answers. This series was created to address the concerns of parents today.

The Center for Literacy Enrichment at Pace University’s School of Education announces Teach & Talk - a series of educational programs for parents to teach them what they can do to help their children succeed academically, address their individual concerns, and better understand the principals behind the new way of teaching and learning.

The first lecture and discussion, How Can I Help My Child Succeed in School and Want to Read”, will be held on Tuesday, April 7th from 7 pm - 8 pm, and will focus on literacy and how to inspire your child to want to read. The program is free. Please reserve your space by calling (914) 422-4135 or registering online HERE.
