The closure will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and again from 6-8:30 p.m. between Beverly Road/ Route 100 and Route 100 at Bedford Road, according to 511NYMidHudson. Each session includes expert guidance on bone health, osteoporosis care, balance, strengthening, and nutrition, followed by a movement class led by a master Pilates and yoga instructor. Participants will leave with practical tools to support bone health and overall well-being in a supportive environment.
