Westchester County Youth Bureau's Youth Empowerment Council for Change is holding a webinar this Friday, April 16 at 4-4:45pm covering how families can reduce food waste and take advantage of the existing food waste programs already in the county. 

Panelists include students from across the county as well as the county Sustainability head, Peter McCartt, and managers from the County Department of Environmental Facilities.
