Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr. reports the arrest in Cold Spring of a Pleasantville man wanted for driving while his privilege to drive was suspended.

While on patrol on Route 9D in Philipstown at 2:53 p.m. April 14, Deputy Sheriff Benjamin Levine observed a vehicle with a brake light out.

Levine stopped the car. A computer check revealed the driver, Andrew A. Mikhail, 24, had his license suspended by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, police said.

Levine arrested Mikhail, impounded the car he was driving and charged him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a misdemeanor, and other traffic violations.
