Westchester Community Foundation Presents “Every Three Seconds” - Community Matters Film Series (11/20)
The Westchester Community Foundation will be showing Every Three Seconds as the 15th film in their “Community Matters” series on Thursday, November 20 at 7:30 pm at the Jacob Burns Film Center (405 Manville Rd, Pleasantville, NY 10570).  Every Three Seconds addresses the question: In a society where materialism reigns, what is the real secret to happiness?  Following the film, a panel of local experts will discuss meaningful work and volunteerism.  The panel will include Alisa Kesten, the Executive Director of Volunteer NewYork, and also Lenny and Lin Crispinelli, who both volunteer to build schools and homes in Jamaica to honor their daughter Stephanie’s legacy via The Stephanie Crispinelli Humanitarian Fund.  A reception will follow the panel discussion.  For more information: http://www.wcf-ny.org/strategicinitiatives/communitymatters.asps.  To purchase tickets please visit: http://www.burnsfimcenter.org/films/buy-tickets?date=1416459600#80472
