Year-round Market

Pleasantville Farmers Market is open Saturday, 8:30am – 1:00pm

Keep your favorite foods and your favorite vendors on your shopping list as Pleasantville Farmers Market will continue as a year-round resource in Memorial Plaza for preorder pick up all winter (December - March).

Pleasantville Farmers Market Online (PFM-O) is being improved this month so that ALL vendors participating in the Winter Market (and all their products) will be online. PFM-O ensures fast service for shoppers, and for winter that efficiency enables vendors to have a shorter market day (9:00am - 11:30am). This limits exposure to the cold for your producers and their products, some of which may be available for spontaneous walk-up purchase.

Register HERE to receive our weekly PFM-O newsletter, and to be ready to shop the Market's online platform every week, Tuesday - Thursdays. Please note our schedule for the upcoming months:

PFM-ONLINE!

You can place orders TODAY until 2:00pm (PFM-O is open each week Tuesday, 7:00pm - Thursday, 2:00pm).

Pleasantville Farmers Market Online (PFM-O) provides a way to enjoy contactless shopping, reserve items to avoid the morning rush, and to keep your Market visit brief.

If you are a first time user of PFM-O please register by CLICKING HERE. Then use the same link to login and preorder from participating vendors.

How to pick up preordered items?

  • Items ordered on PFM-O are collected at vendor’s tents.
  • All participating vendors have a sign saying “Preorder From Me Online”.
  • In front of vendors that typically lack significant lines "Walk Up Service & Preorder Pick Up" is painted on the pavement. PFM-O shoppers wait briefly with other walk up shoppers to collect their items from these vendors.
  • Vendors having dedicated, sizeable walk up lines display a “Pick Up Preorders Here” sign above a yellow "Preorder Pick Up" box painted on the pavement - at these vendors you can skip the walk up line. Step in the box, then step away quickly after receiving your preorder.

PFM-O is also a great way to further support your producers. By preordering items and skipping the line at our busiest vendors you can help reduce the length of vendors' walk up lines (to their relief!) and provide them needed revenue during a challenging year.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

Masks Are Mandatory & Other Guidelines
Help the Market remain a safe and efficient place to gather food. Masks are required to be worn while at the Market. Please send only one member of the family to shop. If arriving as a couple, bring enough reusable bags so you can splitting up shopping tasks. Do not use the Market at this time as a family outing as we must limit the number of people in the marketplace, and shopping is meant to be brief and purposeful. For more information about COVID-19 protocols for shoppers please click here. Your adherence to these shopping guidelines assists us in keeping the Market open to support residents and vendors alike.

Absolutely avoid the Market if you are sick. Especially so if you exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus (temperature of 100° or above, a cough, a sore throat, shortness of breath). The New York State Department of Health has set up a hotline at (888) 364-3065 where Department of Health experts are available to answer questions regarding COVID-19.
