Yorktown Man Pulled Over for Speeding in Mount Pleasant, Charged with DWI
Police said he was clocked doing 95 in a 55MPH zone.
New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Angel L. Serrano, 48, at 1:41 a.m. Nov. 23 for driving while intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the car Serrano was operating after observing the vehicle traveling in excess of 95 miles per hour in a 55 MPH zone. Investigation revealed that Serrano was intoxicated at the time of the stop, police said.
The Yorktown resident was issued appearance tickets for the Town of Mount Pleasant Court, returnable on December 4, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.
