The dough is stretched paper thin and grilled, not baked, over a flame to give it a light crunchy and delicious crust. If you have never thought you could eat a whole pizza pie before you are in for a new chapter of your life. It is hard not to eat an entire serving, and most people can with the very thin crust not filling you up all the way.
The attention is brought to the ingredients. Fresh ingredients, minimally done makes for a different and delicious way of presenting a pizza.

This was hands down one of tastiest things I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. I urge you to order it if you see it on the board.
I washed it all down with one of the craft beer choices on the menu, of which they have a few, a nice Blueberry ale, with some dried blueberries on the bottom for a nice treat at the end of the beer.
