Furuya Sisters Trio Returns to Nyack Library Saturday, May 9

The Furuya Sisters Trio returns to Nyack Library as part of their Spring 2015 concert series. Sisters Mimi on cello, Sakiko on piano and Harumi on violin will perform Tchaikovsky Piano Trio in A Minor, Op. 50 I. Pezzo elegiaco II. A. Tema con Variazioni: Tema & Variazioni I – XI and Mozart Trio in E Major KV 542 I. Allegro.

All three sisters have achieved stunning accomplishments in their careers separately and together. The have toured the world and have had their own compositions performed by such artists as the American Brass Quintet, The Juilliard Orchestra. All three are Juilliard-trained.
