Have Weekend Plans? Here's the Latest Weekend Weather Forecast for Port Chester

Well you certainly deserve this, after months of being cooped up inside all winter we’re finally looking at a gorgeous weather weekend, probably the best weekend forecast since October.

There will be plenty of sunshine, temperatures near 60, but the winds will be pretty gusty on Saturday possibly around 30 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

The warm up continues into next week as well, as the 60s hang on and it’s sunny for Monday and Tuesday before rain enters the picture on Wednesday.

And we’ve still got to get to the weekend as today will be cold and rainy with high temperatures in the low 40s, and it will be warmer on Friday with temps in the mid 50s, but you guessed it more rain is possible before ending late Friday night.

Here is the latest hyperlocal forecast from the NWS for Port Chester:

Tonight: A chance of drizzle, then rain likely, mainly after 1am. Patchy fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 40. East wind 6 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Friday: Rain likely, then rain and possibly a thunderstorm after 1pm. Areas of fog. High near 60. Southeast wind 3 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Friday Night: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 10pm, then a chance of showers between 10pm and 1am. Low around 48. Southwest wind 8 to 11 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 61. West wind 8 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 38.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 64.

Sunday Night: Clear, with a low around 42.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 64.

Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 48.

Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 64.
