Lost Chihuahua - Needs Medicine

This little guy is somewhere in Port Chester. A man found him on Thursday 05/05/16 at Carvel in the shopping center on the NY/CT border. He brought the dog to the Port Chester Police Department. They had no information on a lost dog - they let the man leave with the dog. They did not take his contact information. Please pass this on and keep your ears open. If you are aware of anyone all of a sudden having a Chihuahua. Poppy needs medicine and needs to be back home. His family is heart broken.
