Pilla vs. Ceccarelli for Mayor in Port Chester

Today is Election Day in several Westchester County villages. Polls close at 9 p.m.

Today is Election Day in Port Chester, where Democrat and former Mayor Dennis Pilla is facing off against Republican Trustee Gene Ceccarelli for the village’s top elected office.

Pilla also is running under the banner the newly formed No Municipal Center party line, while Ceccarelli also appears on the Conservative and Independence lines.

The key issue between the two is whether to build a new municipal center facility, which Pilla opposes and Ceccarelli supports.
