Port Chester-Based Fish Window Cleaning Wins Award
The Navigator Award was presented at a convention in St. Louis in July.

Mike Silverstein, owner of the Port Chester-based Fish Window Cleaning franchise, recently received the Navigator Award at the annual Fish Window Cleaning Convention in St. Louis, Mo. on July 25, officials announced.
Silverstein received the Navigator Award for his work with prospective franchisees. He opened his business in 2003.
“Our navigators share information about their FISH experience and help prospects determine if FISH is the right fit for them,” said John English, Director of Franchise Development, Fish Window Cleaning, in a statement. “They are vital to the growth of the Fish Window Cleaning franchise system.”
