Port Chester Hires Voting Rights Expert

PORT CHESTER, NY — A voting expert has been hired by the Village of Port Chester to help the community analyze voter data and voting patterns of its residents. Dr. Lisa Handley was engaged by the trustees for up to $20,000.

The village has to choose a new electoral system before March 2019, which is when its next election takes place, lohud.com said.
