Port Chester Man, 44, Arrested on DWI Charge: State Police
The incident occurred on I-287 in Harrison.
Port Chester resident Jose A. Martins was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of Driving While Intoxicated on July 3 on I-287 in Harrison, according to state police.
Martins was pulled over for speeding - and other alleged motor vehicle violations - at about 9:40 p.m., and state police said he “was found to be intoxicated.”
In custody, Martins’ blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

Martins was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on July 21 at 9:00 a.m.
