Port Chester Man Accused of Driving Drunk on I-287
The police stopped for a possible disabled vehicle in White Plains.

A Port Chester man was arrested in White Plains because police said he was driving drunk.
State Police said they stopped for a possible disabled vehicle Sunday, May 15 on I-287 around 4:30 a.m.
Pablo J. Torres, 23, was found to be intoxicated, police said.

He was taken to the Tarrytown barracks where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18 percent.
Torres was charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated.

He was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket to return to the City of White Plains Court May 25.
