Port Chester Man Arrested With $46K Worth Of Cocaine: Police

Police said he also had $23,000 in cash.

PORT CHESTER, NY — A Port Chester man is facing drug charges after a narcotics investigation in the village. State police said Fintan T. Russell, 39, of Port Chester, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.

Throughout the spring of 2018 Troop K Community Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted an investigation that found Russell, an area real estate agent according to his agent's page on Trulia.com, was heavily involved in the sale and distribution of large amounts of cocaine in lower Westchester County and Connecticut.

On June 5, Troop K CNET executed a search warrant on Sound View Street in Port Chester and, at the same time, arrested Russell, who was not at his residence.

Investigators found about a half kilogram of cocaine, valued at approximately $46,000, and $23,000 in U.S. currency. They also seized three vehicles.

Russell was arraigned in the Village of Port Chester and sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail. He reappeared in court June 7.
