Port Chester Police Arrest Two During Alleged Drug Deal
More than 80 small bags of heroin were seized.

Two men were arrested by Port Chester police Wednesday during what the department says was ”drug transaction in progress.”
The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on North Main Street when members of the department’s Narcotics Squad “observed one man, seated in a car, hand another, on foot, 30 small bags containing what was later determined to be heroin,” according to Chief Richard Conway.
Both were apprehended, and while searching the vehicle, police uncovered an additional 57 bags of heroin, an undisclosed amount of cash and drug sales records.

Arrested were Wilfredo Huertas, 51, of the Bronx, and Johan J. Wallenberg, 38, of Stamford.
Huertas was charged with third degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, and third degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both Class B felonies.

Wallenberg was charged with seventh degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class A misdemeanor.
