Port Chester Teen Is Held on Trespass, Mischief Charges

The incident occurred at a home in the Pemberwick neighborhood of Greenwich.

An 18-year-old from Port Chester remains in custody following his arrest on a variety of charges including trespass, criminal mischief and larceny for incident that occurred at a Pemberwick Road residence on Tuesday.

The suspect is accused of showing up at a residence uninvited about 10:30 a.m. Aug. 18, according to a police report.

Johnathan J. Soler, of Tower Hill Drive, Port Chester, is facing charges of second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. The police report did not provide details on what led to the charges.

Soler is being held in lieu of $7,500 bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 22 in state Superior Court in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website.
