The Port Chester and Rye Branch of the NAACP, clergy and other concerned residents of Port Chester and Rye are hosting a peaceful rally to coincide with the March on Washington on Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. The rally will take place at Columbus Park in Port Chester.In a press release, the NAACP announced, "Many residents feel frustrated with recent events that give rise to the perception that justice is not evenly distributed.
