Robbery Suspect Likely Stole Port Chester Truck, Fled to Bronx: Report
It is believed the suspect stole a truck while fleeing police in Port Chester following a Greenwich bank robbery.

GREENWICH, CT — A bank robbery suspect who fled into Port Chester may be in the Bronx, according to police.
The suspect fled Greenwich Police and crashed in Port Chester.
He then ran into a house and it is believed he then stole a truck, according to the Greenwich Time. The truck was recovered in the Bronx in the Allerton Avenue area.

Patriot National Bank on Mason Street was robbed Wednesday afternoon at gunpoint, said Lt. Kraig Gray, Greenwich Police spokesman.
The suspect fled with cash and no one was injured in the robbery.

A witness saw the man get into a vehicle and leave the area. The vehicle was located by Greenwich Police as it entered I-95 via the exit 3 southbound entrance ramp.
The suspect engaged police in a pursuit, sideswiped a citizen's vehicle and crashed shortly after crossing the state line, Gray said.
