Small Tremor Hits Port Chester

A 1.0 magnitude earthquake shook the ground in Port Chester Tuesday.

Tremors are not that rare in the area around the state line between New York and Connecticut, lohud.com reported, quoting an expert in the field.

Earthquake Track website said that a 1.7 magnitude quake occurred in that area Nov. 20, 2014.
