Traffic Stop Leads To DWI Charge For Port Chester Man
The man was pulled over on Interstate 95 in Mamaroneck.

PORT CHESTER, NY — A stop for a traffic violation led to the arrest of a Port Chester man for drunk driving.
State police said Juan L. Torres-Castaneda, 24, of Port Chester, was stopped on I-95 in Mamaroneck.
He was found to be intoxicated, and after he was taken into custody, police said his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18 percent.

Torres-Castaneda was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets to return to the Village of Mamaroneck Court Feb. 28.
