- Extensive flooding due to storm surges along the coastline is highly likely in the low laying corridor of the village. Affected areas will include N. Main Street and those streets to the east towards the Byram River (especially Abendroth Avenue) as well as Fox Island Road and the DPW yard and yacht club areas.
- The potential combination of winds and saturated earth will be more than enough to cause for falling tree limbs, tree uprooting, and cause damage to electrical equipment, powerlines, and poles.
