In partnership with DVideo, the Village of Port Chester is producing a new video centered around the appropriate disposal of fats, oils, and greases within our community. The Village is looking for community partners who own or manage restaurants in our village to reach out to us if they have an interest in being featured in this video.  Simply stated, the video production would include shots of commercial kitchens within the village and record various cooking methods and clean up practices that are performed; no faces of employees or kitchen staff would be included in the production.  If you or someone you know or work for may be interested in being featured and helping both our commercial and residential populations learn more about how to disposed of these materials in a safe and environmentally conscious manner, contact Village Manager Stuart Rabin using the form linked below.  Be sure to tell us a little bit about your establishment, the kind of cuisine you serve, and how you work to dispose of fats, oils, and grease as part of your kitchen's regular function.  Don't forget to inlcude your contact information! SUBMIT YOUR INTEREST IN BEING FEATURED IN OUR VIDEO BY CLICKING HERE
