The Empower Conference was a night of inspiration for women embracing change and seeking creativity. The evening brought together women from various walks of life who were looking for ways to bring more meaning and enjoyment into their lives as well as the lives of their families. With over 40 women in attendance, the night was a big success. The women learned how to deal with change more effectively including action steps to take charge of their lives to build dreams and fulfill goals. They were also given tools to help them become more positive, enhance their quality of life as well as encouraged them to continue to give joyfully to their families and communities.

The evening was hosted by Mary DiMarco, an international life coach and a minister at Trinity Church in Mamaroneck. Mary is a motivational speaker and a teacher and has conducted various seminars and workshop presentations. She has also facilitated several values based roundtable discussions dealing with productivity, goal setting, life management and leadership.
