State Police had initially planned to execute a search warrant Friday night during a "Good Vibes 420 Party" that Marquez had advertised on Facebook, but once police learned that Marquez had given her son a pot brownie, the warrant was executed ahead of schedule, Suffolk County District Attorney Tim Sini said during a press conference Friday afternoon.

Marquez faces felony charges of second degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
She is also charged with fourth degree criminal sale of marijuana, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Those are all misdemeanor charges.
On April 4, Marquez sold a quantity of psilocybin to an undercover law enforcement officer, Sini said.
On April 16, State Police conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on the Sagtikos Parkway northbound in Bay Shore. Marquez, a passenger in the car, was found to be in possession of three clear plastic bags containing marijuana as well as 34 addressed packages containing illicit substances, Sini said.
A subsequent investigation by the Narcotics Enforcement Unit revealed that Marquez was using a Facebook page under the name “Good Vibez Only” to sell mushrooms, marijuana and THC products through the mail, Sini said.
Marquez was arraigned Friday. She is being held on $205,000 cash bail or $410,000 bond.
