As part of the centennial celebration of Old Home Week, The Long Island Seaport and Eco Center, a not-for-profit organization is sponsoring the first Sikaflex "Quick and Dirty Boat Build Competition. Saturday: in 4 hours pairs of contestants will build a boat using little more than three sheets of plywood and adhesive. Sunday: contestants will row their boats around a race course in the harbor.
