
Hosted at the library join Astrophysicist Kevin Manning, a former consultant with NASA. Attendees will learn about the size and scale of the universe, the stars, and other celestial wonders using hands-on activities and assorted visuals.
Registration is required to attend, program is for adults as well as parents and children, entering grade 5 and older. Children younger than entering grade 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Younger siblings not permitted.
Following the presentation, a powerful telescope will be set up outdoors (weather permitting) for viewing the Moon,the rings of Saturn and other beautiful objects in thenight sky.
