Man Robbed at Knifepoint in Coram

Police say it happened Wednesday night.

CORAM, NY – Suffolk Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in Coram Wednesday night.

Police say it happened on Wedgewood Drive around 8:40 p.m. A person was approached by a man who displayed knife and demanded cash. The male victim handed over his wallet.

The robber punctured a tire in the victim's car and then fled on foot. No arrests have been made. Police did not release any other information.
