The woman who answered the door at this home off of Crystal Brook Hallow Road in Port Jefferson Station said that she grows the vegetables she sells at the miniature stand herself. She trusts that people will put one dollar into the coffee can in exchange for a small carton of tomatoes, beans or peppers. Flowers are three dollars each. The country look and feel to this stand made us pull over to snap a few photos. Alas, she also said that these were the last of them for the season. if you know if any personal farm stands like this around the area, let us know in the comments below.
