PORT WASHINGTON, NY--Port Washington's Long Island Railroad station just got a lot more vibrant. The Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District (BID) collaborated with local florist S.F. Falconer Florist and the TONH Port Washington Parking District to plant four large tree beds at the train station for the public's enjoyment.

S.F. Falconer Florist (located at 8 South Maryland Ave.) donated the design services and planted the tree beds. The BID donated the plants.

"We would like to thank S.F Falconer Florist and the Port Washington Parking District for teaming up with us so we can beautify the four tree beds located around the LIRR Train Station," Mariann Dalimonte, executive director of BID, said.
