UPDATED: Police Locate Missing 91-Year-Old Man With Dementia
Juan Rodriguez was last seen walking out of St. Francis Hospital's emergency room Tuesday afternoon, police say.

Police are looking to locate a missing 91-year-old man with dementia who walked out of St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn on Tuesday afternoon.
According to authorities, Juan Rodriguez was last seen leaving the hospital’s emergency room, located at 100 Port Washington Boulevard, at 3 p.m.

Rodriguez, who suffers from dementia and has a heart condition that requires medication, is a resident of Mayfair Nursing Home in Hempstead. Police described him as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with blue eyes, balding brown hair, a slight beard, and wearing a black shirt and black pants.
Detectives request anyone with information on Rodriguez’s location to call the missing persons squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911.
