Douglas Elliman Celebrates Its Talented Long Island, Hamptons, and Westchester Agents

Firm Honors Top Brokers Including Port Washington's own Maggie Keats

Long Island, NY – On February 25th, President and CEO Dottie Herman hosted Douglas Elliman agents and employees as they honored their successful Long IslandHamptonsand Westchester brokers at their annual awards celebration at The Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. 

 “Our Long Island, Hamptons and Westchester agents have put forth an incredible amount of hard work and dedication this year, and we are so proud of all their accomplishments and continued success,” said Herman.  “Douglas Elliman remains at the top of the real estate industry due to their consistent and incredible performances.”

Taking home the Top Individual prize based on Gross Commission Income (GCI) for Long Island was Maggie Keats from the Port Washington office, and earning the award for Top Team by GCI for Long Island was The Tripodi Team, based out of Long Beach.

Additional Long Island individual agents recognized for Top GCI were Ronnie Gerber (#2), Joyce Coletti (#3), Kevin Daigh (#4), Irene Rallis (#5), Susan Higgins (#6), Catherine Lindstadt (#7), Lina Lopes-Jata (#8), Bonnie Goldstein (#9), and Matthew Korman (#10).

Top Long Island Teams by GCI were The Scarito Team (#2), The JoAnn Boettcher Team (#3), Gary Baumann and Melanie Mazzeo (#4), The Louise Pitlake Power Team (#5), The Alex Rubin Team (#6), Angela Dooley and Nicholas Colombos (#7), The Jaeger Team (#8), The Korahais Team (#9), and The Ludmilla Stanco Team (#10).

In the Hamptons, the Top Individual prize based on GCI was Lynda Packard from the Southampton office, and the award for Top Team by GCI went to The Enzo Morabito Team of the Bridgehampton office.

Additional Hamptons individuals recognized by GCI were Lynn November (#2), Susan Hovdesven (#3), Aaron Curti (#4), and Erica Grossman (#5).  Other Top Teams by GCI in the Hamptons include The Kang, Keogh and Agnello Team (#2), William Wolff and Dennis DiCalogero (#3), The Sanicola, Kohr and Troy Team (#4), and Priscilla Garston and Alyra Hoffman (#5).

The Southampton office, managed by Ray Smith, claimed the title of Top Office for 2012. Other Top 5 winners were the Bridgehampton office (#2), managed by Paul Brennan, the East Hampton office (#3), managed by Ray Smith and Barbara Mattson, the Bayside Office (#4), managed by Donna Reardon, and the Central Suffolk, Farmingville office (#5), managed by Brian Jata.

In Westchester, Sally Slater of the Bedford office was awarded the Top Individual prize by GCI.  Other winners were Ellen Schwartz (#2), Eileen McGrath (#3), Gloria Marwell (#4), and Melissa Frank (#5).

            Joyce Coletti from the Long Beach office was recognized as the top individual agent by number of transactions on Long Island; The Scarito Team, based out of Smithtown, received the team award in the same category. 

            Other individual Long Island agents recognized in the Top 5 based on closed units were Ronnie Gerber (#2), Lina Lopes-Jata (#3), Joyce Roe (#4), and Laura Copersino (#5). Completing the list of Long Island's Top 5 Teams were The joAnn Boettcher Team (#2), The Tripodi Team (#3), The Jaeger Team (#4), and The Louise Pitlake Power Team (#5)."

Industry newcomers Lauren Sher, from the rental division of the Great Neck office, and Diane Freedman, from the Armonk office, picked up the Rookie of the Year awards for Long Island and Westchester, respectively. Richard Lenard from the Smithtown office was recognized for his career-long contributions to the business with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Barbara Schultis from the Merrick office received the firm’s Special Recognition Long Island Award.

A special award for Leadership in the Eye of the Storm for superior efforts during Superstorm Sandy went to Michael McLean, Elisa Eletto, Elaine Halpin, Renee Cuitkovic, Tami Shine, Jean Wycoff, Jennifer Chisholm, and Christina Hillman.
