On Friday evening, 6/15, The Community Synagogue, a Reform congregation located at 160 Middle Neck Road, Port Washington, will be installing the new officers to their Board of Trustees for the 2012 – 2013 year. Larry Helft will be installed as President.
Also being installed are: Dr. Mark Eisenberg – Vice President, Religious Affairs, Mara Silverstein – Vice President, Mitzvah/Fundraising, Deena Katz – Vice President, Education, Bari Ziegel – Vice President, Member Services, Ann Axelrod – Vice President, Marketing, Jack Mandel - Vice President - Operations, Andy Kramer – Treasurer, Lisa Davidoff – Financial Secretary, Dorette Forman – Recording Secretary.
The following members are being installed as trustees: Jeremiah Bosgang, Sandy Cobden, Art Cohen, Amy Dash, Adam Finkelstein, Adam Flisser, Alyssa Greenberg, Maggie Hand, Sara Kindler, Steve Kreichman, Andy Lipset, Barry Miller, Jodi Okun-Alfano, Esther Tanenbaum, Debbie Shlafmitz, Greg Weinstein, Melissa Schildhouse Welsh, Janet Wolf, Helen Berkun and Diane Heiman – Sisterhood Co-Presidents, Jack Obadia – Brotherhood President, Howard Schiff – Synagogue Immediate Past President, Nancy Kaplan and Renee Karmel – Sisterhood Immediate Past Presidents and Jonathan Schiff – Brotherhood Immediate Past President.
