Bring Change for the Port Washington Senior Citizens.
Need a good reason to cash in your loose change? Consider donating all or part of it to a tax deductible and very worthy charity.

On Friday, December 18, TD Bank at 475 Port Washington Boulevard is holding a “Bring Change” event for the benefit of the Port Washington Senior Citizens Center.
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the 18th, the Bank will match any donation made through its Penny Arcade coin counting machine up to $2,000 to the Senior Center. You can donate the entire total of your coins deposited in the coin counting machine or a portion of it. All donations will receive a receipt from the Senior Center representative for tax deduction purposes. TD Bank will waive the coin transaction fee for those making donations to the Senior Citizens Center. Of course TD Bank account holders do not pay this transaction fee.
The Bank’s new program, “Bring Change,” is a great philanthropic program that enables TD Bank to give back to the communities in which they operate. Also, since the holiday season is upon us, this program offers an excellent life lesson for children to participate in and know they are helping senior citizens.
