Yoga Nidra- The Sleepless Sleep
In Sanskrit, nidra means sleep. In yoga nidra we bring ourselves into that state between sleeping and dreaming most often referred to as the hypnagogic state. This condition allows us to tune to brain rhythms that are not normally available in the waking state. In this workshop, Alan will share with you the science behind yoga nidra. He will then give a practical experience of these different brain rhythms in order to deal with the different levels of consciousness in life.
