Chef Mitchell Sudock of Mitch and Toni's American Bistro present "The Hamptons & Long Island Cookbook" book signing event with author Leanne Lavin at The Dolphin Bookshop. Chef Sudock and Lavin will be on-hand to sign copies of the newly released book. Chef Sudock will also prepare a taste of his recipe featured in the book using locally-grown products from the Port Washington Farmer's Market.
