Same-Sex Couples Legal Update
This group will discuss same-sex marriage and other family law info including the rights, responsibilities and restrictions that exist in New York State now. Although legal in NY, same-sex unions are still not recognized by the majority of other states, or by the Federal government and implications of that and more will be discussed.
