Ms. Jan will discuss how self esteem and your chid’s overall opinion of herself, is shaped by thoughts, relationships and experiences. You will get a chance to participate in activities that are used to help children examine, and strengthen their own sense of self and resilience. Ms. Jan has over 30 years of experience working with children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, bipolar depression, OCD, ODD and autistic spectrum disorder.
