Ayurveda is a science of life that teaches us how to maintain balance in body, mind and spirit. Throughout the year, we undergo many internal changes as the seasons change. By choosing the right foods, we can attune ourselves to the natural rhythms of life to lead a healthier, happier life.
In this workshop, we will cover the basic principles of Ayurveda, learn about our unique body-type and the numerous approaches of Ayurveda to be self-balanced and sample simple ayurvedic foods and preparation.
A tasting menu of seasonal finer foods will be served along with tea and water. You are welcome to BYOB - nice spicey reds such as malbecs and syrahs are all appropriate wines for the Spring.
