Cintas is looking for a receptionist to answer and direct all incoming phone calls, via a multi-line switchboard, in a professional and positive manner. Selected individual will also serve as the primary coordinator of office and mail pick-ups and deliveries. Additional responsibilities include greeting applicants and visitors and ensuring that all non-Cintas personnel who enter a location are properly logged into the location guestbook. Keeping a well organized reception and lobby, and securing the lobby area at the end of the work day is also necessary.
