Nassau County Leg. Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) celebrated the Plandome Fire Department's 100th Anniversary on Saturday, Oct. 5 2013. This significant milestone was celebrated with a parade and party by this “small, but highly-dedicated, all volunteer department with a big heart.” The event was commemorated with a journal that the department distributed to all Plandome residents and other Nassau County fire departments.
