- July 22: Thomas J. Marshall, 35, of Glen Cove, charged on Railroad Avenue and Roslyn Road in Roslyn Heights.
- July 24: Ignacio Chavez, 41, of Freeport, charged on Nassau Road and Taylor Avenue in Roosevelt.
- July 27: Fendy Carrenard, 36, of West Babylon, charged on Merchants Concourse in Westbury.
- July 28: Troy S. Evers, 35, of Uniondale, charged on Lynton Street in Albertson.
- July 29: Jamel A. Ricks, 37, of Uniondale, charged on W Centennial Avenue and Circle Drive E in Baldwin.
- July 30: David Stfleur, 26, of New Cassel, charged on Carmen Avenue and Intern Drive in East Meadow.
- July 31: Kevin L. Godinez, 22, of Hempstead, charged on Grand Avenue and School Drive in Baldwin.
- No date listed: Nestor Quintanilla, 37, of Uniondale, charged on Merrick Avenue in Westbury.
- No date listed: David Pierre, 29, of Great Neck, charged on Lakeville Road in Lake Success.
