- April 2: Leland M. Douglas, 27, of Freeport, charged on I-495 Exit 39 in East Hills.
- April 2: Jennifer Y. Tello-Moreno, 21, of East Meadow, charged on I-495 Exit 34 in North Hills.
- April 3: Nicolas S. Telmo, 27, of Searingtown, charged on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset.
- April 5: Susanne Snevily, 34, of Westbury, charged on Salisbury Park Drive and Old Country Road in Westbury.
- No Date Listed: Efrain J. Rivera-Rodriguez, 27, of Westbury, charged on Corporate Drive and Zeckendorf Boulevard in East Garden City.
