- March 31: Alex Berg, 33, of Brooklyn, charged on I-495 Exits 36-37 in North Hills.
- April 1: Stephanie M. Larsen, 24, of Freeport, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Prospect Avenue in East Meadow.
- April 2: Kevin P. Kovalesky, 24, of Islip, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
- April 2: Tamika Williams-Hood, 38, of Mastic Beach, charged on East Meadow Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
- April 2: Terrel D. McGee, 37, of Huntington Station, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and East Meadow Avenue in East Meadow.
- April 2: Oscar Amastal-Cuetlach, 37, of Bay Shore, charged on Glen Cove Road and Chestnut Street in Greenvale.
- April 3: Mario Aldo Juster-Kruse, 23, of Merrick, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Merrick Avenue in East Meadow.
- April 3: Silas Rosales, 45, of Freeport, charged on Harold Street and Waukena Avenue in Oceanside.
- April 3: Steven D. Montesantos, 23, of Glen Cove, charged on I-495 Exit 35 in North Hills.
- April 4: Walter Joseph, 37, of Westbury, charged on Jericho Turnpike and Glen Cove Road in Mineola.
- April 4: Aghasi Hakobyan, 49, of Brooklyn, charged on Ocean Avenue and Lakeview Avenue in Lakeview.
- April 6: Marvin Almendares Valasquez, 26, of Uniondale, charged on Fulton Avenue and Washington Street in Hempstead.
