Nassau Police Charge 14 With DWI

DWI arrests from June 9-15.

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

  • June 9: Ryan J. Walsh, 29, of Inwood, charged at McDonald’s on Atlantic Avenue in Oceanside.
  • June 9: Amy S. Klausner, 48, of Roslyn Heights, charged on Searingtown Road in North Hills.
  • June 10: Shimon Peretz, 49, of Great Neck, charged on Searingtown Road in North Hills.
  • June 10: Marcelino A. Argueta, 25, of Hempstead, charged on Front Street in Hempstead.
  • June 10: Michael D. Ponte, 36, of Port Washington, charged on I-495 Exit 36 in North Hills.
  • June 11: Domingos F. Barbosa, 47, of Mineola, charged on E Jericho Turnpike and Sheridan Boulevard in Mineola.
  • June 11: Juan C. Chicaiza, 31, of Corona, charged on I-495 Exit 37 in Roslyn Heights.
  • June 11: Juan F. Calle, 35, of Woodside, charged on Union Street and Ryder Place in East Rockaway.
  • June 12: Javier Fernandez, 59, of Ridgewood, charged on I-495 Exit 37 in Roslyn.
  • June 13: Henry James Enriquez, 26, of Middle Village, charged on N Service Road and Searingtown Road in North Hills.
  • June 13: Bernice Gonzalez, 35, of Brooklyn, charged on Fulton Avenue and Hilton Avenue in Hempstead.
  • June 14: Daniel T. Wolski, 38, of Jericho, charged on Glen Cove Road and Red Ground Road in East Hills.
  • June 15: Mason A. Dipalma, 22, of Greenvale, charged on I U Willets Road and Meadow Drive in Albertson.
