Nassau Police Charge 14 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Nov. 3: Julio Portillo, 52, of Elmont, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Franklin Street in Franklin Square.
• Nov. 4: Rohit Soni, 23, of Hicksville, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Prospect Avenue in East Meadow.
• Nov. 4: Kevin M. Collins, 36, of Franklin Square, charged at Temple Beth-El of Bellmore, located on Bellmore Road in North Bellmore.
• Nov. 5: Antonia R. DaCosta, 41, of Hempstead, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Park Boulevard in East Meadow.
• Nov. 5: Alexis D. Vasquez-Lazo, 19, of Huntington, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Oak Street in Uniondale.
• Nov. 6: Devon M. Bray, 26, of Central Islip, charged on I-495 Exit 39 in East Hills.
• Nov. 6: Juan J. Sosa-Borja, 25, of Freeport, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Jacob Street in Elmont.
• Nov. 6: German Armando Panjojnaz, 27, of Port Washington, charged on Old Country Road in Westbury.
• Nov. 6: Richard A. Justino, 29, of Brooklyn, charged on Mill Street and John Street in North Lawrence.
• Nov. 6: Ernesto A. Henriquez, 57, of Westbury, charged on Brush Hollow Road and Circle Drive in New Cassel.
• Nov. 7: Tina DeLuca, 31, of Island Park, charged on Suffolk Road and Island Parkway in Island Park.
• Nov. 8: Pedro I. Banegas-Banegas, 27, of Hempstead, charged on N Franklin Street in Hempstead.
• Nov. 9: Robert D. Mallon, 54, of Port Washington, charged on Main Street in Roslyn.
