Nassau Police Charge 15 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• March 10: Steven P. Schechter, 28, of Long Beach, charged on Atlantic Avenue and Rocklyn Avenue in East Rockaway.
• March 11: Shane D. Montana, 35, of Queens, charged on N. Central Avenue and Hendrickson Avenue in Valley Stream.
• March 12: Derion S. Braxton, 28, of West Hempstead, charged on Eagle Avenue in West Hempstead.
• March 12: Alexander J. Balalaos, 27, of Freeport, charged on Merrick Road and Oceanside Road in Oceanside.
• March 13: Natale Palazzotto Jr., 49, of Bellmore, charged on I-495 exit 35 in North Hills.
• March 13: Mohit V. Pahilajani, 19, of Farmingdale, charged on Heisser Lane in Farmingdale.
• March 13: Ricardo E. Zurita, 36, of Levittown, charged on Shore Road in Thomaston.
• March 13: Matthew Hughes, 30, of Island Park, charged on Sunrise Highway and Charing Cross Road in Baldwin.
• March 13: Alexander Perez-Osorio, 18, of Long Beach, charged on Long Beach Road and Daly Boulevard in Oceanside.
• March 13: Tyrone R. Johnson, 36, of Manhattan, charged on I-495 exits 39-40 in Old Westbury.
• March 13: Carlos A. Garcia, 38, of Baldwin, charged on Northern Boulevard in Munsey Park.
